Positives: I got stuck at the airport and had to find a hotel last minute at 1AM so was happy to find a place to lay my head but since I couldn't get there until after 1:30 I was told I wouldn't be able to check in until 2 because of the nightly audit. I hadn't slept in 24 hours and had a migraine, so I was miserable. The laundry person was a SAINT. I was locked out and she came and saved the day. She let me in and even though it wasn't her job, she checked me in and was so nice and friendly.

Negatives: This is one of those hotels where the beds and pillows are lumpy and uncomfortable and the room smells like cigarette smoke. It's pretty bare bones. I was grateful for a place to stay last minute but it's relatively dumpy.
