Pets are always welcomed guests! A maximum of two pets are allowed in each suite. A $25 (+ tax) per day, per pet non-refundable cleaning fee for the first six (6) nights. Each day thereafter is a $10 non-refundable fee (+tax) per day, per pet. The first seven (7) nights are payable the first night of your stay and is charged at check-in. Service animals will be exempt from this charge. Height and length restrictions apply: pets can be no longer than 36 inches and no taller than 36 inches.

Dog poop everywhere including outside the door. Had to step over. Bugs in room. Smelled really bad in hall a room was over powered with some perfume spray. I did not shower can’t comment on that. Window broken out of someone’s car. Broken glass everywhere.

When we got to our first room on day one of checking in rwe could barely sleep because of how much the noise traveled from the people above and from the noise of the elevator running.
We then had to change rooms (room change 2) because of this. The next room we went too on the third floor started off fine and then the smell came through. The smell of Cigarettes in the bathroom. It made us both sick to our stomachs and had to enter the bathroom with face masks on. One of the hotel employees came up to check the room and suggested it was the fan and that it was fine when the light was off. This was silly because I had a long bubble bath and had the light off with just an LED candle on and the smell was still just as terrible. I also had the light and fan off many times to test it myself and the smell was just as strong. We had to turn the fan on to air out the room.
We then had to move rooms again and finally this room was sort of okay. Although room 131 (the third room change in less than a week) the aircon made a squeaky noise whenever it was on and the bath tub filled with water when we tried to take showers. The plug I believe was blocked. Also the water tasted like Chlorine and it made my husband and I extremely sick. On top of this the 3rd room we changed to was right next to an Air base so the sound of planes jetting of was ridiculous.
We unfortunately had to stay a while longer due to getting sick from the water and the environment so where too sick to drive back asap. As soon as we stopped drinking the water we both got better quickly and escaped.
3 room changes later. The staff were okay. Although waiting over 30 mins to be seen at reception was unacceptable. Seriously, just say 'sorry we'll be a while what's your query?' in asking that he could have quickly taken my payment in 2 mins instead of watching me stand there. You seriously can't expect full payment considering the circumstances.
