Each day thereafter is a $10 non-refundable fee (+tax) per day, per pet. The first seven (7) nights are payable the first night of your stay and is charged at check-in. The room could have been cleaned a little better. The sofa bed has stains and no cover, sheet or pillow to put on the sofa bed. I had to take the sheet of the regular bed to put on the sofa bed.

Honestly, the only thing I like about this property was the staff.
Negatives:
I didn’t like a lot of things. My room that I bought was not ready so I had to downgrade to a one bed one bed sofa but I still had to pay the same price as I would have if I will have kept my room the room that they gave us the flooring was coming up, the paint on the counters was coming up, the fire alarm was hanging from the ceiling, the bathroom door was semi-broken so if you want to use that you had to lift it up, and we saw a roach on our second Day there. Not only that it was no room service and if you want to clean towels you’re going to have to pay for them.

didn't like the difference with the "select" where everything otherwise would be included, except at an added price.

The morning staff. I had to pay for clean towels. Guy behind the desk was in telling to pay for clean towels. The guy who gave the towels, dug through a cart of random towels that barely looked clean. So had to go a purchase some new towels at a near by store.

The room smelled of smoke constantly, no matter my efforts. The key/lock was faulty and I could never re-enter the room without visiting the front desk.

I liked the price. It was close to the hospital where we had to go for an appt at 7am. It was easily accessible and check in was a cinch.

It was quite noisy. There was a lot of damages in the room. I wish there were extra pillows and blankets.
