Each day thereafter is a $10 non-refundable fee (+tax) per day, per pet. The first seven (7) nights are payable the first night of your stay and is charged at check-in. After getting several conformation emails from Booking.com, we were told when we arrived (at 3:10 pm) that our room was not available! It was given to the person who wanted to extend their stay and the only thing we could do was take a room with one bed, and a sofa. My sister-in-law and I are older adults and neither one of us is able to sleep on a sofa, or share a bed. This was a nightmare! Especially since we booked months in advance to be told upon arrival that they had given our room away. We had booked several events with prepaid and non-refundable tickets, but with no place to stay! We had to go to another hotel chain and spend more money for the last minute reservation. I WILL NEVER USE BOOKING.COM AGAIN!!!! Your mess up ruined our trip and cost us $200 more!
