Location, staff, bed,. Trevor, the concierge was very welcoming and helpful as was the front desk staff!
Negatives:
the bathroom and kitchen were dated. the microwave handle was broken. The press button of the toilet looked like they would break. the shower head was okay. We could not stream any apps on the TVs.

Discrepancy on Booking Website. 2 Bedroom Suites come in 1 and 2 Bathrooms. Booking.com does not have the 2 Bed/2 Bath on the Website but there isn't a significant way to determine this. After rechecking website upon upcharge at check-in, I discovered this.

Great stay and we will...

Darryl at the reception was amazing, the bedroom is spacious (although not very designed).
Place is beautiful and well decorated
Negatives:
No appliances (microwave, fridge, bar or anything)
Ice machine broken in the 2 adjacent floors.
Safe was not functioning
The booking was made via Booking.com with included breakfast. During the breakfast, the restaurant tried to charge us. After explaining the situation to the receptionist said it was a mistake from booking.com (they never do mistakes, it’s always someone else), and agreed to debit 30 usd from out final checkout balance. (Anything in their restaurant was less then 20 bucks)
Tv has dead pixels and there is no tv channels directory or guide, you have to endlessly press one button at a time until find something entertaining.
The toilet was broken, although usable, it keeps refilling the water reservoir endlessly unless you gently adjust the valve yourself.
this is nitpicking but given the awful experience it still counts for us: room was smelling sewage later the second day. Closes water fountain available was in the -1 floor- underground.
Water takes an eternity to heat.
It is clearly an over expensive and decadent hotel. So below other options in the area. I couldn’t recommend it less. I stayed in 3 other hotels i atlanta within a week, and I regret choosing this one to wrap up my time in Atlanta.
