The location is great and the breakfast was good.
Negatives:
Our tub dripped. Maintenance came up and said it was fixed but it was not. The maintenance man had smoked something prior to entering the room so it left a bad smell when he left. Had to listen to tub drip throughout the night. There was hair in the tub. Also the building looks run down. Part of the floor was missing by the elevator. I wish we had free WiFi. My co-worker needed it to do some work. She had to use her hotspot instead.

The staff was nice and attentive.

There were lots of things on a physical appearance level that made me feel like I didn’t get my monies worth- there was someone’s breakfast all outside of the entryway (never cleaned up) there was an elevator that was out of order and the other elevators flooring was cracked and chipping, there was tons of leaky water spots in stairwells and near dining area, pieces of ceilings were exposed, some locks on doors were hanging off and there was long pieces of hair all over my bed spread

Nothing the whole place smelt like mildew the pool was closed the tv couldn’t watch it kept cutting on and off and there was no room service even though it advertised it had room service
Negatives:
The smell the tv didn’t work the pool was closed and no room service the booking.com adverts pool was open and it had room service I’m gonna get my lawyers to look at this false advertising
