Positives: The only positive was the beds and pillows were comfortable.

Negatives: Rudest staff, rooms weren’t ready at 3:00 as promised so we were late to our concert and missed part of it, pictures online are NOT of this hotel!, towels so thin you could see through them, door safety was broken so did not feel safe, room smelled of animal urine, worst Hampton Inn experience.
