Positives: It's a Hampton Inn. I like those, generally. Hot breakfast was good.
Negatives: Room was morn, with black mold at base of bathroom door frame. Smelled musty. Wifi did not work in this fourth-floor room.

Negatives: Accessible roomcould use some improvements. 1) Room at far end of haul. 2) Shower controls out of reach of permanently attached seat and grab bars out of reach of the seat. Curtains difficult to open and close. My needs due to weak arms & balance.

Positives: Friendly staff, and cleaning crew. The hotel had all the safe procedures in place. They answers questions about the area to help us out.
Negatives: We didn't like that the shower door was locked on the end where you could turn the water on without getting wet and cold before the temperature set in. You have to get in before you could turn it on

Negatives: One of the elevators was torn up on the last 2 days I was there making checkout harder than it had to be because guests and housekeepers were all scrambling for an elevator that morning and the lobby and hallways and elevators were very hot. No air
