Location; fridge and desk in room; ice on every floor; good breakfast; 24hr coffee in lobby; free and readily avalable items like tooth brushes and pastes; staff is on point as there was always someone at the counter and requests promptly addressed

The ventilation was poor in the room since the window didnt open and bathroom didnt have any exhaust fan; Laundry system outdated (coins needed); no coin machine no atm on site. One of window curtains were dirty from previous stay or stays; Outdated TV

I wasn’t in the room very much but every time I was, the bathroom fan was on in the room above or below me so when I finally did go to bed, I called the front desk to see if they could get the guest to turn it off. At first, they seem annoyed and weren’t very helpful. Then they said they’d see what they could do And nothing happened. It was still on the ENTIRE time of my stay. I was able to go to sleep because I was exhausted, but it was extremely annoying. Also parking fee of $35 was not included on the check-in email and never mentioned to me.
