Customer service at front desk was great at solving my problem with the three moves I had to encounter.
Negatives:
Hair in tub, sink, drawer hanging off hinges, table leg not secure. Had to be mover to 3 rooms.

Sound barrier between rooms was very poor. The room next door had loud music until 1am, plus you could hear them talking. On the room above, you could hear the person using the bathroom. In my 45 years traveling Ive never experienced that before!

Went for breakfast at 9:30 (10AM is closing)...there was literally 5 sausage patties in the entire breakfast area. No bread of any type, no milk, no utensils, no yogurt, no pancake batter, no potatoes. Basically empty. Absolutely unacceptable.

great customer relations. Food was pretty good. Comfortable bedding.

No working guest computer usage, small counter space in bathroom and the doors to rooms doors close loudly Windows are single paned so much traffic noise on one side of hotel.
