Perfect for what we needed...
Positives:
The location was exceptional for the meetings I had in town. Close enough to the airport and a short drive to downtown
Negatives:
I was given a feeling that because I booked through booking they didn’t appreciate it much. I got a room on the first floor right on the street which was busy so the noise levels were high. I only came for a short visit so didn’t bother with complaining or asking to move

- good price for that standard
- breakfast like in other Hilton hotels - it was okey, but nothing special
- the price for a parking isn’t high
- bathroom was really big

I Appreciate Veronica at the front desk, the breakfast crew, and ALL the Valet staff, especially Anthony and Joelle.
Negatives:
The pillows weren't sturdy yet soft. They were soft but folded like paper. Pillows didn't give good neck support, and made it difficult to find a comfortable position to sleep. This is greatly needed for orthopedic patients with neck and back injuries, disabled patients with Acid Reflux, or other sleeping issues. However, after time, we were able to sleep, but had to continuously wake up and readjust.
I didn't like the no microwave policy. I didn't like no walk in shower or at least a shower chair for the handicap accessible room. I didn't like no trash bags in the trash cans. The central heating and A/C, blew cold air at some point. When I shut it down, it came back on by itself, blowing cold air. However, when I turned it back on, the heat started working again.
