The staff did the best they could to accommodate my family and resolve any issues.
Negatives:
The rooms were filthy, smelly, and I saw a tiny bug in one of the bathrooms. Years ago, we stayed at this hotel and it was wonderful. Unfortunately, it has not been properly maintained.

It was convenient to Park n Fly. The breakfast was good and had good hours. Parking was free. Good for overnight stay.

Dirty sheets, broken light in bath room, cold water, remote controller didn't work, elevator went out, and tissue holder broken. Complained to manager Mike at check out, who was made aware immediately after checking in. He stated he would've given me some points if I was a Hilton rewards member for my inconvince, being that I wasn't he just apologized.
