Staff were outstandingly friendly, restaurant was excellent, bed was comfortable.
Negatives:
Bathtub was slippery on the bottom, dangerous for senior citizens. I recommend either a rubber mat or non-slip strips at the bottom of the bathtub.

Hm... I wouldn't say I strongly liked anything except the location
Negatives:
The food was cheap and terribly unhealthy. Sugar everywhere. America needs to do better. The pillows were hard as rocks, the TV didn't function so I had to call a repair at 9:30pm, I couldn't read the room number on my key card because it was so sloppy so I had to walk back and ask what it said. The shuttle service was great, I guess there's that.
