The customer service provided by the staff was not courteous. Staff displayed a short temper when asked questions. The room was not well cleaned. I encountered articles of clothes that were left from the previous guest.

They never came in to service the room during our stay. We had to go to the front desk to request towels because they did not have enough for the second person.

The parking fee was $32 which is outrageous, considering the parking is not even secured, not attendants or cameras.
