Negatives: my bathroom tub wasn’t working. I took a bath at 1:00 on morning. The water didn’t drain. My husband couldn’t shower. We were checking out in the morning. One of the worker looked at tub he couldn’t fix the issue with the tub. I think we should receive a credit and so that my husband can have a better bday celebration.

Negatives: Besides the $45/night parking... I stayed here for over a MONTH and what I experienced was absolutely disgusting. I discovered MOLD growing on the ceiling of my room. Not only that, but it looked like someone had tried to cover it up with a sloppy smear of plaster instead of actually fixing it. Totally unacceptable and shady. I have severe allergies and had been feeling sick the whole time without knowing why. Now it all makes sense. I was likely breathing in mold spores for WEEKS while the hotel just ignored it or actively tried to hide it. Housekeeping came into my room every single day and never said a word. Not once was this mold flagged or dealt with. That is NEGLIGENCE. This is a HEALTH HAZARD, not a minor inconvenience. This is the kind of thing that gets places shut down. I emailed management with photos and videos and asked to resolve it privately. They replied ONCE with some generic nonsense about inspections and then just ghosted me for three weeks. No refund. No apology. No follow-up. Just silence. Are you kidding me? Oh and by the way, there were billing errors too. Wrong card charged. Charges that made no sense. I tried to fix that professionally as well and they just kept pushing it off. So here I am. Posting this because they clearly hoped I would just go away. Do NOT stay here unless you want to get sick and be ignored. I’m filing a complaint with the Fulton County Health Department and pursuing a chargeback with my bank. I’ll be telling everyone I know to avoid this place. This was one of the worst hotel experiences of my life.

Negatives: Subject: Request for Credit or Partial Refund – Hilton Buckhead Atlanta (Reservation in Room 243) Dear Booking.com Customer Service, I am writing to formally request a credit or partial refund for my recent stay at the Hilton Buckhead Atlanta, booked through your platform. Unfortunately, my experience was far from the standard I expected, especially given the cost of the reservation, and I feel it is only fair to be compensated for the inconvenience and poor conditions I encountered. I arrived late and had to quickly prepare for an event, so I was not able to immediately address the problems with the hotel staff. The first issue I noticed was the tub filling with water while I showered, but I initially decided to overlook it. However, the longer I stayed, the more issues revealed themselves, making the room both uncomfortable and unsafe. Specifically, my concerns included:     •    Upon check-in, my key card did not work. When I returned to the desk, I was told to “just push a little harder.” In reality, the door itself was broken. It required a great deal of force to open, looked as if it had been kicked in before, and the top of the wall shifted when the door was opened—leaving me feeling unsafe.     •    The outlets by the desk were non-functional.     •    The tub handle fell off while showering, and the water did not drain properly.     •    There was no overhead lighting in the room, making the space dim and uninviting.     •    One pillow had a large blue ink-like stain.     •    The floor was not vacuumed and had visible dirt and stains. This was all in room 243. I chose Hilton expecting a clean, safe, and functional environment, but instead I encountered serious maintenance issues, poor cleanliness, and what I believe were safety concerns. In today’s economy, every dollar spent on travel matters. I work hard for my money, and when I book through Booking.com, I trust that I am securing a stay that meets a basic level of quality and care.
