Positives:
We liked the room and bathroom. We liked the view over Atlanta. We liked the location, walking to local museums.
Negatives:
Frankly, I was outright lied to. I called and talked to a rep, and asked “is your pool inside, and what time does it close?” I was told “yes, our pool is indoors, and open until llpm.” We had kids with our family. We arrive, see plastic sheeting all over the lobby, and are told “our pool is closed. If you want to swim, you go across to the Embassy Hotel.” We were not going to take our kids across the street, 9pm in the dark, to another pool, and return across the street at 11pm. NOPE. AND we checked out, turned in our key, and asked if kids could use the restroom before leaving. One of the reps (older man) said no restroom on the first floor. He did not offer to let us go up to another restroom. Finally, the younger person and the younger guy were VERY nice, upon our arrival.

The room, recently renovated was very clean and comfortable! The staff was friendly and helpful. We were there for some business and wanted to visit the aquarium which was right across the street, so the location was great! Some good restaurants are nearby
Negatives:
The lobby is presently under renovation and is in a temporary location making it a little difficult to identify but the friendly staff made check in a breeze

Female at desk (Saturday 11:30 AM)said I could leave my car in parking deck until 4 pm when the rest of the team checked out. Parking deck attendant refused me at 4, made me back up, park and go to front desk to get problem fixed. Norman was kind enough to assist. Don’t give out false info to people, it’s just ridiculous.

he air conditioning in the room was completely non-functional. The technician was unable to turn it off, so in the end, he removed the cover and disconnected a wire. They didn’t fix it for the rest of our stay!!!
