Our sink had a super slow drain, which made brushing teeth disgusting so I called the front desk about it. The next day I get a message offering to move rooms which I declined because we had already gotten dressed and were out for the day. They did not compensate me at all. They offered me free breakfast or HH points, which I declined because I had plans...and never use the points. The room should've been free or they should've comped a nights stay...in my opinion.

The room was very nice and comfortable. The bathroom setup was nice.

I had to call the front desk about sofa-bed linen hadn't been changed. I asked him to call housekeeping but he said that housekeeping was gone for today. I said bring the clean linen to me, I'll change it. So they did. I say thanks.
The Bar not so great, but the bartender was nice.
