Very clean room with a comfortable bed. Very pleased.
The room has definitely been used. A few marks on the wall but not dirty or too bothersome. Maybe some touch up paint would help.

Yes! My room wasnÃ‚'t clean after I got there I was told to put the garbage outside due to Covid the room will be cleaned after three day upon my request, I saw the housekeeper outside told her I needed the room to be clean.....she said yes didnÃ‚'t hap

The bathroom was very small and the elevator was still moving when we were getting on and off. The water pressure was not so great.
Carpet in hallways have holes. Shower soap holder broken and shower handle leaking and broken. Not Holiday inn quality at all

Hotel staff could have been more helpful
clean and location. They also didn't stick me in a handicap room which I appreciate. I have a problem with that because my father is handicapped. What if a person like him shows up and needs that room.
They are starting to slip a little with towels & toilet tissue. Too many guests are having to go down and request towels and toilet tissue. Probably a shortage of staff but that is something I've noticed. I have stayed there several times in last month.

The walls were stained as well as the toilet seat from previous usage. I wiped it down myself.
Yes everything rude staff, took over 6 hours to get new towels, ac leaking water on floor causing the room to smell like mold, black mold by the ac unit. Sheets had stains on them, candy wrappers on floor, a pair of someones eye glasses on floor, and more
I had to pay $100 deposit just because i paid cash for the room.
