There was no hot water in the sink and there was roaches.

The staff were extremely unprofessional. They were hitting on me and my wife. The manager was defending his employees ridiculous behavior and the room was loaded with roaches and dead flies.

Extremely pleasant staff that was helpful and polite with any questions or accommodations needed.

Bathroom was a tad small and the hot water was funny although they had just replaced their boiler system, a minor inconvenience at best.

There should be instructions on how to use the tv. The bed was to soft. The television was not working properly and gave me instructions to call the office. There was not a phone in the room. When I went to the front desk, there was a language problem.
