Great personnel working the desk. he was working the late shift and returned early in the morning and greeted everyone with a smile and generally wanted to know how our stay was.

I asked for towels and never got them. The toilet wouldnt stop running but overall my stay was pretty good.

Why is there never a "comfy, soft" chair to sit in to watch tv? I wish they would make 2 separate rooms, one for those who are here on business and want a desktop and desk chair situation and one for those who want to rest with a soft plushy recliner.

The waitresses both nights were pleasant and the food was good.
Negatives:
Looks like they are in the process of remodeling which is good. I was charged for a second day of parking I called when I got my bill about the extra charge and the front desk couldn't help me and gave me another number which took several calls.
