Positives:
I didn’t have the breakfast. I had lunch and dinner. I know they were in the process of charging their menu. The hotel overall was really nice. The workers at the front desk were extremely nice, inviting, helpful and made me feel very welcomed. Olivia from the bar was extremely nice and inviting as well. I wish the kitchen opened up earlier or stayed open a little later. The kitchen didn’t open until 5 for lunch and dinner. Then it closed at 10.
Negatives:
For the amount of money I paid and how nice the hotel was I expected the rooms to be a little cleaner. The first room there was red juice on the walls and sink in the bathroom. The second night/room, there was food, hand prints and grease on the door/peephole. The comforter on the bed was also dirty. It had brown food or makeup on it. Wasn’t very appealing. Then there were 2 workers a male and a female, arguing loudly in the hallway about cleaning the rooms. The argument was loud and lasted about 5 minutes with them going back and forth. It frightened me at first.

Positives:
Breakfast was great. You have two wifi's, one secured and one not. It would be helpful to know which one to attach to and it would be great if both were secure. Also, the printer in your business center is connected by bluetooth and a number of us were unable to get it to connect to our laptops, even after we pulled out it's packaging to find the PIN code. Attaching the PIN code to the desktop would be helpful but having working printing available would be great. Great place, loved the bed and TV, will stay again.

Hotel was very nice, parking garage a plus. Close to the zoo and aquarium!
Negatives:
The restaurant on the top floor is not that great. Food was ok service was not good, not worth the money paid. Would have been happy if the hotel would service a free breakfast like most hotels.

Positives:
The staff went out of their way for me multiple times and did it with a smile each time. I travel to ATL somewhat often and my friend and I decided that this would be our hotel whenever we travel to Atlanta. the room was clean, the beds were comfortable.
Negatives:
My room was directly below the rooftop bar which really made it hard for my friend to sleep but next time we will just get a lower floor
