I really like the hotel was newer. And the room was very spacious.

There was food in my refrigerator when I checked in and it was questionable if the bed had been slept in. I always travel with Lysol and a travel blanket and my own pillow cases, so I was able to sleep in the bed. There was also a wad of pet hair under the ottoman. The room was very spacious and I enjoyed the layout. But it’s hard to get comfortable in a space when you question the cleanliness.

I love the hotel but yall need to do something about them to rude ladies rude to me and my husband. But every thing else

Love the area. Love the clean smell all through the hotel. Love the comfort and hospitality

The phone was missing in the room, but there was one available in the lobby areas by the elevators, and my room was straight ahead right off the elevators. The floor could have been better vacuumed in certain areas, and the hot water was turned down, but that was resolved immediately. I really appreciate the staff and I really enjoyed my stay. I would definitely stay again.

Our tv wasn’t working the whole time we were there and football was why we were there. Also there was a loud group of people outside on hotel grounds around 2:30am. Woke us up

But the supervisor daughter that I had trouble with is.still awful to me so I decided to take it little further because I will be staying there again because I love most of people there but she really gives me the business and I think. that I should take it to the corporate office and let them handing her because her mom who is the supervisor can't make her stop being rude when I come there

I was blown away with the cleanliness of the room, all utensils provided, comfortable bed with clean bedding, though my TV did not work even when someone came to check on it but I was not bothered.

Well I thought my bed would have been made when I went out the next day but I guess the rooms are not cleaned daily. Again there is this liquid spill on the floor from the restroom door.
