The staff was magnificent. They treated all of the guests with class. It seemed like each staff member was equally outstanding. One of the best hotel experiences I can rememember, mainly because of the kindness and competence of the staff.

I didnt like that the some vallet drivers wore all black. Long chains. It gives the vibes of robbers. Very unprofessional. I feel as though a brighter uniform is needed especially when the parking location isnt promising. I had to double check if the guys works there before handing over my keys
