They made you feel welcome, and comfortability was profoundly better than any hotel I’ve ever stayed in.

1) Friendly front desk stay

Negatives:
1) Housekeeping repeatedly missed/skipped my room. Cleaning the rooms once every other day is fine, but when staff skip their cleaning days and there are holidays, the end result is my room was only cleaned once over 8 days... And I had to call to even get that. I called another time and was told they'd come and they still didn't.
2) The fire alarm went off one morning and appeared to be a false alarm.
3) They took $50 from the deposit, which I am assuming was for using the provided one-time-use dish washing detergent and light cleaning in the kitchen which they are supposed to do anyway.
I would not recommend this place.
