Positives: Nothing
Negatives: The hotel charged me $530. No explanation for the charges and I didnÂ't smoke in the room, break or steal anything.

Positives: Even through this pandemic, the hotel still offer free breakfast which was food and coffee and little snacks. I like how they let us check in 3 hours early and gave us a late check-out also.
Negatives: What I didn't like about the hotel was when I first checked in and gave them my car for any incidentals they charged me twice and I still haven't received the second payment back yet.

Positives: The room was amazing. Great view and clean.
Negatives: The breakfast bar. I understand it's covid and limited staff but it could have done better. Also the parking garage was there storage area. (Top floor) the garage is horrible but there no fixing the way it was made but could have more space of not stuff.
