My room wasn?t the room I selected and the pool and outside area closed

Spacious room, full kitchen, easy parking.
Negatives:
Slow internet. Room smelled a bit. Door did not auto close. Bathroom toilet paper holder was broken. Main desk did not have my number on file & phones in room did not work so management came knocking on my door in the middle of something to switch rooms.

Room contained everything I needed accept for a bathroom fan. It was also very quiet for being in the city.

Only that we did not have a fan for the bathroom.

The breakfast was amazing every morning. We also enjoyed the wednesday night reception. It was very welcoming.

The furniture in the rooms need to be updated. The sofa had tears in the cushions

I liked that they were able to move me from a room that was used for people who have pets. I stay two nights and could not take the smell anymore and ask them to move me in which they did

First floor is where they put people with pets I don't have a pet I was put on the first floor I'm just glad they were able to move me
