Location is good, you can get to all points of interest in a reasonable amount of time. Plenty of Restaurants and Shopping in the area.
Negatives:
The breakfast service was lacking urgency and was not able to handle the morning attendance. I stated that we were 3 adults on the reservation, the sofa bed had not sheets, pillows, and bed cover, the front desk made us come down for the bed items.

I didn’t like how the first night I couldn’t get sheets for my sofa bed, I feel the manager should have extras just in case for things like this even if they are completely booked up for the night. I also didn’t have a remote in my room for the first night for my child.

clean and appealing. comfortable beds and design of rooms. Air conditioning worked well.

I waited 1 hour and 20 minutes passed check in time for a room!! The problem was that the room was not cleaned yet!! Totally unacceptable!
We requested more than one pillow for the sofa bed and did not receive any more. Had to go down to the front desk to get the sheets for the sofa bed too. This experience did not start our stay off well at all.
