Nothing i like, hotel needed a heated pool, checked in I was asked for deposit after everything was paid before checking in, even though garbage disposal did not work when I checked in and Im still waiting for my refunded deposit. Breakfast was ok.
Negatives:
Was not a quite relaxing hotel, the noise the floor above me was non stop, sound like a heard of elephants upstairs from the time I checked in at 5 o clock in the afternoon and lasted all night Jon stopped, I told the front desk, nothing was done.

The staff was extremely helpful, professional, and very kind.

The elevators we out of service but we were fortunate to be on first floor. They were quick to get them fixed. It had a bit of a smell but nothing a small candle didnt take care of. May be from the cleaning products. The staircase area needs to be cleaned. Carpets were pretty dirty and unattended to in the stairs-ways.

The place is quiet and the room is spacious. Easy access to Hwys and Truist Park. Parking deck was easy to navigate.
