The night before my sister and I checked out, a man was issued a key to our room and was able to enter. We had just taken showers and were in towels lying on our beds when he entered. I screamed and the man said sorry and left the room. I immediately called concierge and explained to them what happened, how I was in fear of my safety, and how this could've happened that a man was issued a key to our room while we were still there. This is how human trafficking happens. The concierge, a heavy-set bald man with a beard, said that he would comp the night for us due to this, and that he would come upstairs to change the locks and issue us new keys, which he never did. He said that he would reach out to booking.com to have them refund the night for us. Booking.com only refunded $35. I've been trying to call and message the hotel, and I cannot get in touch with a human being about this. I am so upset over this.
