Location is near all downtown attractions , cleanliness, spacious, and up to state facility!
Negatives:
The desk clerk given me the wrong room type and when I returned to inform your of the issue she insisted booking.com was out dated and none of the rooms were as pictured, another desk clerk came over and corrected her. I booked a leisure king and was given a standard queen.

The hotel has charged me twice for the stay (once through booking and the second time it has charged me the hotel directly) and I haven’t yet received an answer about this issue.

Food was wonderful, the host and manager on staff were wonderful, our server was ok. The front desk staff Ciera and Thomas were amazing! They were so attentive, kind, fun, genuine, and had the best customer service.

I booked this room for my sister to take my daughter to a convention. I had prepaid for the room, but the hotel charged my sister's credit card $50 which they said was standard and would be promptly refunded once they confirmed there was no damage to the room. That was 3 weeks ago and they still have not refunded it despite speaking with hotel staff and management more than once. They assured her it would be taken care of. There was never a question that anything was damaged. I don't agree with the policy of charging as insurance and then having to do a refund.
