Very clean and nice hotel, rooms exceeded expectations and the staff were extremely nice
Negatives:
Charged 900 dollars incidental charges for two rooms which made the rest of our trip extremely hard as we had not alot of money left over
Would have been nice to be notified of the excessive charges but it is partially my fault for not checking. But be aware of extremely high incidental charges

The beds were comfortable and the room was very good in general. I was there for a chess event and it was 1 block away from the competition place.
Negatives:
The check in process was horrible. The front desk lady took 60 min to check us in. We arrived at 930pm and dis not get into our rooms until close to 11pm. She was rude and did not care about helping us at all. The rooms have no microwave nor fridge inside the room. Now in days is basic to have a fridge in the room.
