One of the cleanest hotels I've ever been in. The staff was also friendly and accommodating at all times during my stay. The location was perfect, I was in town to attend a play at the Fox Theater, which was directly across the street.
Negatives:
Can't really complain because I know that there isn't anything that can be done. But, the room has the smallest bathroom of any hotel I've ever been in. You can actually use the toliet, take a shower, and brush you teeth, while standing in one spot

Grab and go charges were insanely overpriced. $21 for a water and 2 bottles Dublin iced coffee drinks.
I was here during Atlanta pride. I ordered food from the restaurant and was told I couldnt enjoy it at the tables outside because those were $100 to rent for the pride parade. Other chairs were $25 each despite having stayed at the hotel.
