They are extremely difficult to communucate with emails and messages all go unanswered.
We booked through bookings.com they never charged my card & then cancelled our booking. I only found out when we called to advise our card hadnt ever been charged.
Bookings.com had to mediate and stay on phoneline whilst they charged my card to ensure my booking would go ahead.
Make sure you request a room that doesnt have an adjoining door there is no sound proofing.
We were also charged for mini bar items we never used. i tried emailing when i got the charge but of cause they dont reply.
