Its location is very convenient. The streets around it are clean and safe.
Negatives:
1. Private parking took extra money and you had to park your car on the 9th floor. It super inconvenient for in and out. You can do valet parking, but it changes more.
2. We stayed there for 4 nights. The cleaning was supposed to happen everyday. On our second day, nobody even clean the trashcan or made the bed.
3. When checking out, I was told the only extra money I needed to pay was parking. Later they charged me another $8. I am sure we didn’t loss or destroy anything in the room. I tried to call them. Nobody answered the phone or returned my call. You.At least you should explain why you charge me money.
4. One of the unused towels was not clean at all!!! I am glad I found it when I tried to use it.

Self Parking was on top floor of garage which had no roof and it was pouring rain. Had to walk outside at bottom of garage and then back into hotel to go back up to our room. Waited 30 minutes in restaurant for a salad to-go.
