Joseph at the front desk is amazing

Front office staff was great!!!! Room was clean and comfortable !!
Negatives:
Restaurant, we ate breakfast and there were two other tables I think. One table seemed to be taking advantage of the buffet. The other was a couple and only one of them was eating, there were at the next table. It took at least 45 minutes for 3 orders of pancakes and when we got them they were barely warm and extremely dry. My friend could not even eat hers. Plus the server was not very friendly, not rude just seemed like she didn't want to be there.

The cleaning staff was very pleasant in addition to a couple of the front desk representatives. My favorite part of my stay was the hotel lobby. It was both swanky, bright, and inviting.
Negatives:
While the hotel lobby gives a great first impression, the rooms ironically veer from this perception. The room was tidy and well kept however, the facilities seemed a bit old and dated. Our mirror in our bathroom was peeling off the frame, exposing the back light bulbs. You could basically see through the mirror to the wall behind.

Location was great - close to the aquarium, Coke World, and the botanical gardens. Staff was very friendly and helpful with any questions. Quiet neighborhood.
