The staff was friendly
Negatives:
It wasn’t anything like the last Hyatt we stayed it this is a very outdated property.The view was horrible and the room wasn’t very clean the freezer area was disgusting I had to clean the room myself before we could use anything.

Not worth the money I...
Positives:
The room was nice and clean. Breakfast was good, we were given a lot of options to chose from. The amenities, although we didn't use them was an added bonus that I didn't expect. Lastly, the staff was very welcoming and that's always a plus.
Negatives:
The biggest downside was the elevator buttons not working. My room was on the forth floor and in order to get back down to the first floor you either had to take the stairs or go up to come back down. That was a bit of an inconvenience. I couldn't imagine staying more than one night dealing with that issue.
