Took too long to check in bc the receptionist couldn’t find my booking reservation after 20 minutes later we used the confirmation number then was to locate it bc booking had canceled my reservation but I wasn’t notified of it being canceled so I don’t understand that part.

Positives:
Our room was double booked. Someone came into our room at 5:40 a.m because the staff had booked the room to Someone else. My daughter was very afraid, she is 7 years old. My payment that was placed on hold to book the room was also debited instead of the method of payment I provided for them. I spoke to the GM about it and she state that I can change it at checkout but the hotel attempted to debit my card multiple times. I asked for housekeeping while I was away attending a family member's funeral to return to the room no housekeeping.
