Room was not made up for 2 adults and 2 children. When i asked about this and comfirm my booking was for 4 and that the second bed was not made up as per the picture when booking, i was told no pillows where available but i could come down to reception and pick up my sheets and make the bed my self. No food was available either. I booked with Hyatt thinking it would be of a good standard and didnt even get the basics. 1 member of staff was unhelpful and rude and the other was kind and helpful and helped me get some food for our meal via uber eats.

Ou room smelled like cigarette smoke, and it didn't appear to be very clean. The tv was on in our room when we walked in as if someone was there earlier. Very dated room for the price.
