Positives: Room was very spacious and comfortable. Hotel well places for my needs.

Negatives: Upon arrival I was unexpectedly charged the full amount+extra of my stay. I had already paid the price of 1 night as prepayment, and hadn't expected to pay anything more until checkout. The payment complicated my stay in terms of finances and now I have been charged again for what would've been the remaining amount - if I hadn't paid upon arrival. I was not informed at any stage that I would have my funds frozen.. this is assuming I get them back. And I hope in the future either Booking.com or Hyatt Place inform their customers properly of the payment plan.

Positives: The room was only cleaned once during a 5-night stay. We had to empty trash ourselves and find housekeeping for clean towels. And the glasses provided were never replaced with clean ones. On the pro side, the beds were very comfortable. Also we liked having the sofa (although it needed cleaning) and the fridge. The breakfast food was quite good, although the coffee was way too weak. Having the bar in the afternoon and evening was great!

Negatives: The cleanliness overall, and you need a friendlier, more attentive staff.
