The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Everyone from housekeeping to the front desk definietly made me feel welcomed.

The breakfast was disappointing, at best. There were no potatoes (running out days before aren't really a good reason to throw at guests). The waffle were burnt and too hard to eat, especially since there were no knives to use. There was no coffee available. There was mustard, ketchup, mayo and hot sauce, but not salsa (to make breakfast burritos) or even cream cheese for the bagels. Having a good breakfast was one of the deciding factors when I booked the stay, and I do feel it was far below my expectations.

Where do I start:
- Staff; unprofessional and unwelcoming. No greetings/friendly smile, no hospitality from them at all. All start we saw were more pre occupied with other things, such as being on their foods, sucking a lollipop in front of customers, watching TV, and walking around with AirPods talking to (what presume) friends. Considering its 24 hours, there were no members of staff available when we checked out around 4am and we had to leave the card with security.
- Building; outdated, smelled of smoke and/or weed, didnt look or feel very clean, our room was located on the seventh floor could hear next doors vents all night long which brings me to the issue that the windows clearly werent double glazed and cause a draft. The shower in our room leaked the first night so we didnt shower again after.
- Location; considering downtown is meant to be nice, we felt very uncomfortable and unsafe in the location, every corner round the hotel had either homeless or dodgy people who would comment as you walked past. Theres nothing near the hotel to do anything, in a nutshell, the location is appalling.
- Breakfast; cutlery was unclean, polystyrene bowls and plates provided - the bowls didnt hold milk. Restocking of the hot water and tea was not a priority for the staff as they were more concerned watching football, oh and to top it off, I saw a hair in the breakfast potatos.

Trusting the brand name I booked my recent stay there. Despite having a good property, some staff members are terrible in terms of customer support

The property staff is terrible especially Mr. Carlos who misused my personal debit card to make an unauthorised transaction without my approval. He charged me twice for my stay and upon requesting multiple times for refund, he was of no help. In addition to the financial fraud that he committed, his behaviour was unruly and horrible. I was utterly disappointed to encounter this as I trusted the brand name and made this booking. Please avoid this place to save yourselves from frauds like these!!!!
