The staff was very courteous and knowledgeable. All common areas of the hotel were clean and well appointed.

The room had multiple issues. The bed felt like sleeping on the floor with a mattress topper. It was extremely hard to fall asleep. The pillows were old and flat. The air conditioner vents were covered in black dust. The WiFi directions were wrong. The tvs weren’t set up for stayconnect as they said they were which means I was stuck whatever was on direct tv.

Breakfast was awesome the attendant was super friendly and engaging. He made sure that every person was well taken care of.
Negatives:
My room had bed bugs my partner and myself were bitten so my stay was cut short due this problem arising. I let management know what was going on and they still have yet to compensate me for my inconvenience and discomfort. The front desk attendant said she would comp me for some of my stay but failed to do so. At this point I just want all my money back due to lack of concern from hotel management I would not recommend this property to anyone.
