Positives:
From the time we checked in with Elijah things were outstanding!! The front desk staff, April, Mamdouh, and Kerstin were so attentive. The staff of the Americano superseded any expectations we had. From the hosts: Tre and Felix to all the wait staff Fabi (the BEST), Jada, John, Patrick, Jasmine, and Holly EVERYTHING was wonderful!!! The environment is relaxing and refreshing. The food and drinks were top-notch and the decor is exquisite! The beds in our room were some of the most comfortable I slept in. The room was a nice size, very clean, and the view of Atlanta was wonderful! Everything about this trip was perfect during our stay.

they overcharged me by 173 USD, which they returned when I call them, but just not a good look to have to pay attention to your bank account or you lose your money. No reason was provided as to why this happened.
