Positives:
The self parking in the garage was so easy. I love being able to park near the entrance door that takes you directly up to the lobby. Check-in was so easy. My room was superb. Comfy and clean. Love the view. I even enjoyed the bar and restaurant connected to the hotel. I didn't even have to leave the hotel. The location was perfect and close to everything.
Negatives:
I was attending a wedding, and by the time I returned, I was hoping to order room service, but it had ended. I wish they still offered a late night menu still. Also, the payment for parking was confusing too, which I ended up paying twice for. When I checked in they asked if I wanted to be charged for overnight parking in the garage, I said yes. However, the next morning, I had breakfast downstairs in the restaurant in the hotel, but still was done before the time I checked in. When I checked with the front desk to ask how to exit because I lost my parking ticket, they said to use my hotel key and then drop it in the box when I exited. I tried th, t and the key wouldn't let me exit, pressedss the call button for assistan, e and no one answered. So I had to select lost ticket button which charged me an additional $45 just so I could exit. It just wasn't clear with directions.

When I booked through Booking I booked a King size bed. when I arrived the check in person said we don’t have any Kings and brushed me into a full size bed.
At home I sleep in a long and when I travel I do the same for health reasons. Disappointed with them not accommodating me, especially after I booked and paid for something.
