Just love the atmosphere - the staff is exceptional and meets all of our needs, adding personal touches that make guests feel special. All about the little things and we make a point of staying here whenever possible.
Negatives:
Can't think of anything. I prefer and iron and not a steamer in my room because they spit and I had a silk dress but I can assure you had I asked for an iron at the front desk, they would have found one for me.

Parking was expensive; need an area for dogs. No bell hops to help with luggage. Valet offered to hello once out the door but hard part was done.
