We were greeted by the very friendly valet, Malcolm Greene! He helped us with our luggage cart and explained how we could request our car at any time! Malcolm was efficient and professional!
Next, the front desk clerk greeted us with a friendly smile and lots of compliments! He was very friendly and a pleasure to meet! He asked us if we'd like some complimentary champagne

The property is in a good location and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable.
Negatives:
The rooms are dated. We had to switch rooms because the TV did not work and we were switch to a room with a window that wouldn’t shut the whole way on a very busy (and noisy) street. All the windows should be replaced.

Very good vibe at this hotel. Greeted with a glass of wine at check in and that was super lovely. Rooms were small but comfortable. Beds are so cozy. Loved the bathroom and closets. Valet was very sweet and helpful as well.

The majority of items such as ironing board, and microwave was not in the room. Ironing was available upon request. The lamps in the room didn’t work. There were a lot of surprise fees. We paid for breakfast to be included but it was only for $15 per day and the meal items were much more expensive. Valet was not an option to not use it. It was required.
