Positives: The staff made the stay. Very busy location and the two employees at the counter were working nonstop and being respectful.
Negatives: The shower looked like it had mold on the floor and there was a hair in the shower so it looks like it’s not clean.
I would stay here again.

Negatives: we werent in our room for 5 minutes when we saw a giant cocrkroach on the ceiling , i killed it an dput it in a paper towel , i descretely brought it down to front dest to ask for a different room on a different floor . this was given to us . our second room was dirty , crumbs on the floor . french fries behind chair , food left in fridge . Atv this point we were tired and had to get up at 330 am to get to the airport so we just toughed it out but the night before i had stayed in Augusta in the opnly room avaiilable that cost me $56 and it was far cleaner . not to mention there was no soap or shampoo in shower , or room for that matter , Very disappointed . I am taking my family to Rhode island in late july and will reconsider using your facility for this trip

Positives: Th hotel was very clean.
Negatives: I don’t like that no hotel gives service anymore. I like back to a room someone else cleans. I guess hotels don’t do this anymore.

Positives: It’s very comfortable, breakfast was excellent , staff is nice. Shower was slippery and the shower head was pointing outwards which cause a little flooding followed by me drying everything with the towels provided.
