Positives: the young lady checking us in was very nice. there was breakfast. restaurants within walking distance. we were able to park our car for a trip. requested a blow dryer and shampoo that we’re brought to me quickly with a smile.
Negatives: the room wasn’t stocked for visitors. there was no bath mat. the shampoo was half empty/used I guess. I requested more and those were not full either. we had one wash cloth for two people.

Positives: i loved my room and location the most. the room was very clean, spacious, and beautiful. the hotel is right next to a gas station and around many restaurants. my trip to and from the hotel is only 6 minutes from the airport and they offer a shuttle!

Positives: That we had somewhere to sleep.
Negatives: Staff was AWFUL and rude. We waited in line for over 15 minutes to be checked in while a manager yelled at someone in a room upstairs for not checking out on time. So unprofessional and was very uncomfortable for myself and the 6 others waiting in line. That should not have been a priority over paid customers waiting. Also a $50 charge for "possible damages" is ridiculous, stop charging people silly deposits. The airport shuttle was awful as well, one 12 passenger bus for 3 hotels??? We were in the lobby 20 minutes early for the shuttle and it was late. We planned ahead to be at the airport 2 hours early for security and was later than expected due to the shuttle. Was not worth the value at all and we were only there for 8 hours to catch another flight.
