Put a new air conditioner in there because the one I had didn't work I was hot and the shower hot water wasn't working and the lady at the front desk charged me twice and still haven't gave me half of my money yet don't go here they will take your money even though you checked out right

A very unpleasant stay

I was placed in a room with flees, mice, water under the floor that goosh out when you walked on the floor, and a bad odor. Night staff gave me the key to another room, but it was in use. Was told they had nothing else and to talk to the manager when she came on shift later that morning. The manager apologized, told me that I would be reimbursed the previous night, and told me that she would find me another room once housekeeping was completed, so I left the hotel. She was no longer there when I returned. I was told that I had to come back and talk to her in the morning. I was refused a room, although I had paid for the room. The evening manager refused to come out and talk to me.

Staff was top notch and very accommodating and friendly.
We had a late check-in and the efficient check-in process was welcome.
The free Breakfast was better than what you get at most similar hotels.
Negatives:
Location was not as well marked as others nearby and our navigation gave poor directions so we had some issues finding the place.
The lights in the room were a very harsh bright white - felt more like an operating room than a comfortable setting.
