Positives:
The location right next to a busy highway did not cause noise or crime issues from what I could see. The staff was kind and cheerful. Beds were comfortable and the linen was clean. There were plenty of towels. The parking lot was well lit.
Negatives:
Floors and bathroom not clean, some mold and disrepair. Breakfast was supposed to be at 7 AM but as of 7:15 AM there was nothing, not even coffee. Several of us went without. I later learned that the eggs and potatoes were cold.

Smelled perfume and the smell the perfume was attempting to cover up both were unpleasant but I think I've smelled worse
