Negatives: 1. The reason for selecting the hotel was pool , which wasnt working . My kids were so sad 2. Another reason was airport shuttle, their shuttle goes to only domestic . I had to pay 40 $ addition for taxi service 3. Continental breakfast was so pathet

Negatives: Hotel shuttle never picked us up from airport after waiting a hour. Hotel is dated and needs upgrading all around. Room is dated with old furniture, no clock, no blow dryer, towels were cheap, Some of the lamps in room had no light bulbs in them.

Negatives: The room at first sight looked great until you walked in and saw the stains on the rug and floor. The couch was a ripped up and the bed mattress was fairly brown which made it hard to sleep in the bed. It was a very noisy sleep as well. Not impressed.

Positives: The staff of very nice and friendly. We used the shuttle service and they were prompt with drop off and pick up. Hotel was close to airport. The breakfast was decent a mix of hot and grab and go items.
Negatives: The hotel needs updating and couches should be replaced. Water pressure was also an issue.

Negatives: This hotel was very dirty. After driving 11 hours I expected to come to a hotel that was clean and prepared for me to sleep. There was trash in the room. No housekeeper available to clean the room. There were pit bulls dogs barking in the hallway.
