The pet-approved room smelled SO strongly of cat urine. It burned my nose and I had to ask for another room. That one wasn’t much better either. I’ve stayed at cheaper motels with a better pet friendly room than this.

Didn't get the room at 3:00pm check in time , have to wait for almost an hour. Instead of apologizing a front desk clerk told me that I have to wait until a room available. After check out I had email to the property asked about the electric toothbrush that I left there, but never get an answer.

I went to check in but the system was down. When I returned my paid room had been sold again. The attendant told be I had until 2am to check in. When I returned there was a new attendant who told me the time was 130am although I was there before then .

Hotel was smelling, tv was not working properly (internet problems), when we want to change the room, they said this is the best room and tv. So, If it was best, I was wondering the other rooms. And I became sick after the night, I think they need to change A/C' s filters regularly. Not satisfied. There was no fresh air in the room.
